During this internship, you will conduct varied and data-driven market research into different real estate sectors, such as science parks or international real estate. You will also work on investment proposals, sustainability issues, real estate forecasts, quarterly reports and geographical analyses, for example in GIS. Your analyses and advice help us to better identify the opportunities and risks of various real estate investments. You will receive good guidance from an internship supervisor and other colleagues. - you will work on and/or do a graduation project with a leading and data-driven Research Team
- You will gain experience in market research on various real estate sectors
- You think along about sustainability issues
- You identify the opportunities and risks of investments
You’re the perfect match, because you
- is following a college or university degree in Real Estate Economics, Economic Geography, Data Science & Business Analytics or a related study
- have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and preferably experience with GIS systems such as ArcGIS from ESRI
- are curious, enthusiastic and data-minded
- preferably have experience in quantitative methods, data science techniques and real estate research
